The OpportunityAs a Relationship Manager on our Partner Success team, you’ll be the main point of contact for Red Fynn partners, helping them succeed in offering our full suite of business solutions, from payment processing and POS systems to SaaS and reputation management tools.
You’ll focus on creating strong, long-term relationships by offering proactive support, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and experiences. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and being part of a collaborative Fin Tech environment.
What You’ll Do- Manage partner inquiries via phone, chat, and support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their goals and helping them succeed with Red Fynn’s solutions.
- Educate partners on merchant statements, pricing models, POS systems, and other software offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Support, Product, and Operations to address partner needs and enhance processes.
- Identify recurring challenges and share insights that lead to better partner experiences.
- Maintain and update partner knowledge base content and training materials.
- Assist with onboarding and training new partners to ensure a smooth start.
- 3+ years of experience in Fin Tech, merchant services or a related support, relationship management, or account coordination role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a focus on trust and reliability.
- Experience with support ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc.).
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A calm, problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with CRMs, partner portals, and merchant systems is a plus.
