We are looking for experienced SAP S/4 HANA BODS Data Migration Consultants to join our team for a remote offshore India opportunity supporting a UAE client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BODS, data migration strategies, SAP S/4 HANA environments, and end-to-end ETL processes. Because apparently moving decades of bad legacy data into a shiny new system is still considered progress.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
- Design, develop, and execute ETL jobs using SAP BODS
. - Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand migration requirements.
- Conduct mock loads, reconciliation, testing, and cutover migration activities.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance throughout migration lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with onsite/client teams and provide regular project updates.
- Should work for UAE client and align with project timelines/business needs.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS
- Proven experience in Data Migration projects
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations/upgrades
- Knowledge of ETL, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server/HANA preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients, preferably Middle East/UAE region
- SAP functional module exposure (MM, SD, FICO, PP, etc.)
- Cutover planning and post-go-live support experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP Data Migration
- Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
- Ability to work remotely from India in client-aligned hours
