Location: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + 5% Bonus
(Exceptional entry-level candidates may be considered around $75,000)

Key Responsibilities for the SEC Reporting Analyst:

• Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple subsidiaries
• Support SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Prepare internal and board-level reporting materials
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
• Contribute to data management and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the SEC Reporting Analyst:

• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Audit experience with a Big 4 firm
• Interest in analytics, AI, automation, or technology-driven processes
