A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities Advise on design, implementation, and administration of employee compensation and benefit plans Provide legal guidance on executive and director compensation programs and related governance matters Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 10+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits, executive compensation, and ERISA matters In-depth knowledge of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code Familiarity with securities laws and disclosure requirements related to executive compensation is a plus Proven ability to collaborate effectively and provide practical legal advice
