Required Qualifications Undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from well-regarded institutions with active membership in a U.S. state bar 7+ years of combined legal experience in a software company and/or law firm counseling rapid-growth technology companies Strong understanding of global data privacy laws and experience negotiating DPAs Experience negotiating complex enterprise B2B SaaS agreements Ability to create and scale processes to streamline commercial legal functions
