Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to assist the maintenance supervisor and help maintain the property's physical integrity. You will work with the leasing team to maximize renewals and leasing opportunities, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
The role requires at least two years in apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certification, and basic trade skills. A valid driver’s license and basic hand tools are needed; some travel and weekend work may be required.
