Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and grow our plumbing service operations. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting continued business growth across our South Florida markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching technicians, improving processes, and elevating service standards.

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth
• Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution
• Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and company initiatives
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to team members
• Promote and reinforce Snyder’s commitment to safety in all operations and training
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team performance

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing plumbing teams
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
  Proficiency with technology and service management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
