Full Time – Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, FL, US

As a Shift Supervisor, you will train staff to be their best and lead a team efficiently.

• Cash handling duties including preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits.
• Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience including event execution.
• Ensure cashier personnel adhere to correct cash handling procedures and sell effectively.
• Ensure track personnel run races safely and efficiently.
• Ensure mechanic personnel maintain karts in peak working condition.
• Ensure all staff strictly adhere to company policies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Order and purchase operation supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise.
• Perform operational paperwork duties including safety, payroll, and facility.
• Contribute to schedules and employee communications.
• Correspond with and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain the effective operational feasibility of the center.
• Maintain the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot.
• Coordinate with your manager and regional manager to ensure all facility maintenance is performed quickly.
• Potential to earn tips/commission.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred in fields such as Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, Miniature Golf.
• Great customer service skills – Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Background check required prior to employment.
