Fire Inspection Supervisor

Fire Inspection Supervisor – Lead and inspire teams of fire alarm and sprinkler inspectors, ensuring operational excellence across your district.

• Drive Growth and Results: Implement strategies that enhance inspection performance and expand Planned Service Agreements.
• Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Deliver inspections on time and with accuracy; meet contractual obligations and exceed customer expectations.
• Optimize Productivity: Monitor and improve team and district productivity; identify staffing needs and manage direct and subcontracted resources.
• Coach and Develop Talent: Build development plans tailored to each team member and maintain open, positive communication.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Support daily Zero Harm initiatives; ensure compliance with safety protocols, EEO policies, and corporate standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required). College degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or more than 5 years in Fire Services industry.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing deficiencies and creating action plans.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including coaching and conflict management.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
