We're seeking an exceptional Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management to join our high‑performing team. What You’ll Accomplish Drive Strategic Growth- Partner with C-suite executives to craft and execute comprehensive business strategies for existing assets and new acquisitions
- Lead sophisticated financial analysis of portfolio performance, translating data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Spearhead due diligence on high‑value acquisitions that will define our portfolio’s future
- Collaborate with property management teams nationwide to implement game‑changing initiatives
- Work hand‑in‑hand with our capital projects team to oversee value‑enhancing renovation and rehabilitation programs
- Travel to properties across our portfolio, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution of corporate strategies
- Optimize capital budgets while establishing ambitious yet achievable long‑term strategic goals
- Develop sophisticated financial models that guide critical investment and operational decisions
- Monitor market trends and performance metrics to identify untapped opportunities for portfolio growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive multifamily asset management, operations, and acquisitions experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios (3,000+ units preferred)
- Industry certifications (CPM, CCIM) are a significant plus
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise – you live and breathe spreadsheets
- Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager and revenue management platforms
- Exceptional analytical abilities with an eye for detail that catches what others miss
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture, then drill down to execute flawlessly
- Outstanding communication skills—you can present complex financial concepts to any audience
