Job Overview

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Branch Manager, also known as Profit Center Manager, to oversee a multi‑million‑dollar revenue business center, lead sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics, and drive financial and performance goals.

• Overall responsibility for the performance of the rental center business unit.
• Lead sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics operations.
• Achieve financial and performance goals, including monitoring P&L and key financial controls.
• Coordinate and evaluate day‑to‑day rental center operations.
• Report operational and financial results to regional leadership.
• Ensure safety compliance, including physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of rental industry experience, or 3–4 years of rental industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful.
• High level of accountability, time‑management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Base Pay Range: $66,500.00 – $ (rate varies with location, education, training, and experience).
