Overview

Position Title:

Manager I Learning (Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy)

Location:

Lake Mary, FL is the preferred location. Alternate locations:
Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Las Vegas may be considered. You are required to be in the office 3x per week.

Hours:

General business hours, Monday through Friday. Travel:
Occasional travel may be required. Hybrid 2:
In-office 3 days per week with flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodation is granted by law.

• Manage a team of Learning & Development associates responsible for the delivery of learning solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
• Consult with clients to understand strategic objectives and oversee the practice of performance consulting to identify root causes of performance gaps.
• Ensure alignment of local efforts with Enterprise strategic objectives and oversee the formulation of teaching outlines, instructional methods, and teaching aids.
• Ensure courses and other educational information support the overall business objectives and oversee the development of training materials for associates.
• May conduct training sessions for clients or Learning & Development associates and implement effective training feedback mechanisms to improve programs and assess impact.
• Partner with the Director to develop and implement market or business segment training strategy aligned with departmental/enterprise Learning & Development strategy.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.

• Required:
  
  BA/BS degree in education, communication, business management, organizational effectiveness or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of management/leadership experience and at least 5 years of training experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prior Learning & Development experience (training and curriculum design).
• 4+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Pharmacy or healthcare setting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience implementing training programs spanning multiple lines of business.
• Ability to train and present to large groups and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Project management and change management experience.
