Overview

Miramar Post-Acute Care Solutions, a leading provider of post-acute care services in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, is seeking a skilled Regional Business Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the business office across six skilled facilities located in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the business office operations, including financial management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and applicable laws
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide guidance and training to business office staff to ensure effective performance and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, therapists, and community partners
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office management role, in a post-acute care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop strategic plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial management software and systems, including but not limited to Excel, Quick Books, and People Soft
