Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales will lead and scale a growing U.S. sales organization focused on state, local, and federal public safety agencies.

The organization currently consists of (5)
Regional Sales Managers
, and this leader will be responsible for expanding the team to approximately 20 RSMs across the United States while building the processes, culture, and infrastructure required to support long‑term growth.

This role requires a hands‑on sales leader with deep experience in public safety, Gov Tech, or mission‑critical software
, and a track record of scaling enterprise sales teams serving government customers.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers covering multiple U.S. territories
  • Scale the organization from 5 to ~20 regional sales leaders over the next several growth phases
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top‑performing sales talent
  • Establish a performance‑driven, mission‑oriented sales culture
Go‑To‑Market Strategy
  • Design and execute national sales strategies targeting law enforcement, emergency management, and public safety agencies
  • Build scalable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize market penetration
Revenue Growth
  • Own national revenue targets and territory performance
  • Drive enterprise and strategic deals within state and local government markets
  • Develop relationships with senior decision‑makers across public safety agencies
Industry Leadership
  • Represent the company within the public safety technology ecosystem
  • Engage with key industry events, associations, and partners
  • Maintain deep awareness of evolving trends across Gov Tech, CAD/RMS, situational awareness platforms, and AI‑enabled public safety technologies
Ideal Background
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing and scaling national sales teams
  • Strong background selling software or SaaS solutions into government or public safety markets
