The Senior Electrical Project Manager plays a central role in leading field‑based project execution, overseeing all aspects of electrical construction from pre‑mobilization through closeout. • Lead electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Assistants, and field staff
• Manage all aspects of project financials, including cost tracking, progress billing, forecasting, and change orders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure coordination and project momentum
• Identify and proactively address risks, conflicts, or delays in collaboration with field leadership
• Represent the company in progress meetings and ensure timely, transparent reporting to all stakeholders
• Promote innovative construction strategies, including prefabrication and process improvement initiatives
• Uphold and model the highest standards of safety and professional conduct on every project site

• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and construction sequencing
• Proven track record leading large‑scale commercial or mission‑critical electrical projects
• Strong leadership, team development, and mentorship skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle and estimating platforms (e.g., Accubid) preferred
• OSHA safety certifications and understanding of construction safety protocols

• 100% — This role requires full‑time travel to job sites across the U.S. Lodging, travel accommodations, and project‑specific support will be provided.
