Position Overview

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management.
• Coach and manage to defined strategies and tactics to achieve business results, attract new customers and grow existing relationships.
• Develop, oversee, and execute account and sales plans.
• Take on direct sales and client responsibilities when required.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Maintain effective internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Bring the full range of PNC's products and services to clients.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Develop team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
• Motivate staff, acquire top talent, and manage performance‑based issues.
• Plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes.
• Connect strategy to day‑to‑day activities and update the team regularly.
• Coach team members on credit risk analysis, mitigation, and credit request processes using advanced credit knowledge.

• Account Management, Client Prospecting, Competitive Advantages, Customer Relationships, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Negotiation, Results‑Oriented Competencies.
• Conflict Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling.
• University or college degree; 8+ years industry experience; at least 5 years prior management experience.
• Comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Bachelor’s degree required; no specific certifications or licenses required.
