Responsibilities
- Participate in kick‑off and recurring project meetings as needed.
- Perform a site visit.
- Manage the inventory of onsite equipment, lifts, and tools.
- Manage day‑to‑day project paperwork.
- Ensure that the required quality standards as stipulated in the contract documents are applied.
- Coordinate RMAs for defective or unused equipment as needed.
- Provide daily updates on project progress, including issues, to Project Manager / Coordinator.
- Manage the project through the installation and commissioning phases.
- Secure owner acceptance/final sign‑off.
- Ensure health and safety on sites through training, prevention, and compliance.
- Act as a liaison and maintain communication with clients, general contractors (including sub‑contractors), architects, and internal team.
- Address change orders throughout the project.
- Provide technical direction and assistance to the team (installation technicians, representatives, and project managers) in installation and operation of equipment.
- Maintain communication and project updates with Project Manager and Director of Operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Professional training or college degree desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of installation experience (audio, lighting, and video).
- CTS Certification (asset).
- PMP Certification (asset).
- Ability to manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with AutoCAD (asset).
- Ability to travel to different job sites throughout the United States.
- Continually: sit, walk, speak, and hear.
- Continually: type, write, and read.
- Occasionally: stand, carry, lift, push and reach up to 50 lbs.
- Time will be spent in an office setting.
- Time will be spent on construction sites.
- Work hours may vary depending on deadlines and the needs of the Company.
- Typical workweeks are the standard 40 hours.
