Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer related issues; training team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals;
managing budget and addressing operational issues affecting service. Hands‑on support includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary for pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving company‑owned vehicle to customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill; performing managerial duties.
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Preferred
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
