• Previous management experience required (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.
• Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
• Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused attitude.
• Long-term employment preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass drug test (we are a drug-free workplace).

• $25-$28/hr with regular performance-based increases.
• No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
