Job Title:Associate Inventory Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.
This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliance while deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.
KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions
Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
and retail processes
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance
Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required
Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentiality and discretion
Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
