Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.00 Hourly

Location: Plant City, FL
Schedule: 5:30AM to 1:30PM - Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day

Onsite Position

Peninsula Steel is adding a Production Support Worker to assist with dayshift operations.
This role helps keep materials moving, supports operators with machine feeding, and ensures the shop floor stays safe and organized. The work is physical and requires being on your feet most of the shift.

• Load, feed, and handle materials for machine operators.
• Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas.
• Move, stage, and stack materials throughout the facility.
• Get finished items ready for labeling, packaging, and shipping.
• Follow safety rules and all production guidelines.
• Assist with general labor tasks when needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand 7.5 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attendance and willingness to learn.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is helpful.
