Pay Range: $22-24 (Pay based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift - Mon-Thurs 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some OT on Fris or Sat)
Company: We work with one of the largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies.
Responsibilities- Operate through-hole or surface mount technology (SMT) automatic assembly equipment to produce high quality complex printed circuit board assemblies.
- Responsible for set-up, operations and routine maintenance.
- Manually or using semi-automatic equipment screen print solder paste.
- Operate adhesive dispensing equipment; load components supplied in tubes or reels onto feeders, and load feeders onto placement equipment.
- May hand place some SMT components and place assembled printed circuit boards into solder reflow ovens.
- May use standard electronic hand tools (solder, flux and adhesive). Utilize drawings, visual aides and other instructions to identify defects.
- Ability to read and understand Mil-Specifications and electronics schematics.
- Mechanical Assembly.
- SMT knowledge.
- AOI & Visual defect identification.
- Shift hours:
Mon-Thurs 5 AM - 3:30 PM EST. - Candidate must read/write English.
- Candidate must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide.
