We are a well-established Lighting Manufacturer based in Miami with over 10 years in business. We design and produce high-end, fully customizable chandeliers and lighting fixtures. Our in-house team manufactures beautiful glass and metal canopies, turning glass into artistic lighting solutions. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and delivering exceptional custom products to our customers.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cable Assembler to join our team at our North Miami warehouse. You will be responsible for assembling high-quality electrical cables and harnesses for our custom lighting fixtures, as well as supporting warehouse packing and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications
- Assemble cable harnesses, install connectors, heat shrink tubing, and other components
- Label wires and route them properly within assemblies
- Perform quality inspections and testing of completed cable assemblies
- Inspect glass and metal components for defects
- Pack finished orders, prepare shipments, and palletize boxes
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous experience in cable assembly, wiring, or electrical assembly (preferred)
- Strong hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use hand tools, soldering iron, crimping tools, heat gun, and basic power tools
- Basic math skills and ability to take accurate measurements
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
- Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school certification is a plus
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour ($660 per week gross)
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit (ADP)
- Paid National and Jewish Holidays after 90 days

Warehouse / manufacturing setting with a mix of bench assembly and light warehouse duties. Repetitive tasks, use of safety gear (gloves, eye protection), and occasional truck unloading.
