Overview

AVGEN AEROSPACE, a leader in aircraft accessory component repair and overhaul, is currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented person to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are key.

• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and process documentation in the company system.
• Coordinate with external carriers and internal departments; inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Open receivers and work orders in the SMART
  145 System; take pictures of incoming parts, materials, and units.
• Label, package, and store supplies appropriately; prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize changing assignments; strong work ethic; basic knowledge of computer systems; strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
