Marketing Analyst

Title: Marketing Analyst

Location: Orlando, FL (4 days/week onsite)

Duration: 5+ Month Initial Contract

Compensation: $26-31/hour

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

• Understand client needs, ensure strategy is sound, and provide solutions addressing client problems.
• Manage client expectations, project timing, and direction to set the agency up for success.
• Lead creative strategy based on consumer insights, resulting in clear briefs for creative activation.
• Partner with Project Management to keep clients updated and engage leadership to maintain momentum.
• Maintain assignment budgets to ensure work stays within approved funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions that fulfill the brief and advance business goals.
• Understand clients' brands thoroughly, providing strategic partnership through business knowledge and marketing expertise.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and discipline partners through face-to-face and electronic communication.

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing, ad agency, brand management, media, or related fields.
• Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and their production processes.
• Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments.
• Knowledge of brand management and advertising for consumer brands.
• Familiarity with consumer research tools and methodologies.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
