Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator who thrives on structure, execution, and getting things done. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on several important activities at once, keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously, and bringing order to fast-moving marketing initiatives.

You’ll play a critical role in keeping our marketing engine running—managing workflows, supporting campaigns, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. At the same time, you’ll contribute to creative efforts, including developing engaging social media content and supporting brand storytelling.

If you naturally think a few steps ahead, enjoy optimizing systems, and take pride in precision and follow-through—while still being comfortable behind a camera or creating content—this role is for you.

  • Keep marketing operations organized by supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and maintaining clear workflows.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to help organize invoices and budgets.

  • Learn to track campaign performance and report on key metrics to improve results.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
  • Maintain and update website content, collateral, and promotional assets.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to keep projects on track.
  • Manage marketing inventory, vendor orders, business cards, and promotional items.
  • Maintain trello boards, track project progress, and proactively flag bottlenecks.
  • Fulfill internal marketing requests efficiently across departments.
  • Monitor support tickets, respond to inquiries, and ensure brand compliance across materials.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and marketing automation is a plus.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for driving brand engagement and lead generation.
