Head of DTC Growth (Performance + Brand)

About the RoleLevers is hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale our revenue engine and brand.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced DTC growth builder ready to operate at the frontier of consumer health, who is equally strong in both strategy and execution, and with excellent creative judgement.
You’ll own end-to-end growth across marketing and advertising, creative, conversion, customer lifecycle, partnerships and affiliates, and the launch of new products such as prescription peptides, comprehensive bloodwork, and hormone therapies.
We have strong early traction and a working foundation across performance, product, and operations. Now we’re looking to level up both performance and brand to build a category-defining company.
This role is responsible not just for scaling growth, but for improving the quality of our creative, messaging, and overall brand as a core driver of that growth.

-based consumer brand. Include starting metrics, what you specifically did, what changed, and the results, as well as insights along the way. Be specific. Numbers matter. Share creative and portfolio as relevant too.
- Own end-to-end growth from first click through long-term retention, expansion, and lifetime value
- Lead conversion rate optimization across the website, landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, subscriptions, and offers.
- Deeply understand our customer personas and how to support them, elevate them, retain them, and turn them into our biggest fans.
- Own the quality and performance of creative and messaging across all channels, ensuring everything we ship is both high-performing and aligned with a strong, differentiated brand
- Scale DTC channels, including Meta, Google, and other platforms with a performance-first (and slightly autistic) mindset; combining strong performance discipline with high-quality creative and messaging
- Own email and SMS execution and performance
- Design and execute testing roadmaps across creative, offers, messaging, funnels, and go-to-market strategy
- Build and scale partnership and affiliate programs as durable growth channels
- Elevate brand presence across key touchpoints like ads, landing pages, lifecycle, and new channels such as social, live events, influencers, and partnerships
- Support the compliant launch scaling of new peptide and hormone product offerings, working closely with clinical, legal, and operations teams
- Navigate regulatory and compliance constraints intelligently while pushing growth and protecting long-term trust and platform viability
- Establish clear dashboards and discipline around CAC, LTV, payback period, cohorts, and profitability.
- Partner with creative, media buying, web, clinical, and ops teams to remove growth bottlenecks
- Directly manage a growing in-house team. Hire, lead, and scale a world-class growth organization over time.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) scaling U.S. DTC brands with direct revenue ownership; excellent prioritization and self-management
- Deep expertise in CRO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization, including quiz funnels.
- Strong understanding of creative and brand as growth drivers; precise and compelling copywriting and judgment
- Excellent taste and judgment. You know what great looks like and do not ship mediocre work. Familiarity with leading US consumer health brands.
- The default use of AI tools and workflows is non-negotiable for this role. If you are not already fluent in using AI, this role is not a fit.
