Catchafire was built to address the scarcity trap in the sector. The nonprofit and social impact world is filled with extraordinary leaders operating under chronic financial and resource constraints. Because of this scarcity trap, these leaders are often forced to prioritize short-term survival over long-term strategy, limiting their ability to scale impact, build durable institutions, or fully realize their missions.

Catchafire has proven that it does not have to be this way. By matching nonprofit leaders with the right skilled volunteers on the right projects—strategy, finance, technology, marketing, operations—small teams can generate outsized results.
