North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, working varied shifts, including nights.

• Provide plan care for all residents attending to their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Document patient care activities, changes, and follow-up as required
• Organize, clean, and maintain the patient/resident units
• Ensure that residents' rights are adhered to, including their autonomy, dignity, and privacy
• Participate in departmental activities and follow established guidelines
• Perform related duties as required

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; must maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

$27 - $30 HOURLY
