Clinic Nurse – Bilingual Clinic Triage Nurse

Job located in Coral Springs, FL. The position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates.

The Clinic Nurse works under the direction of the Provider, providing direct patient care in accordance with company protocols, established standards of nursing practice, and the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include screening patients for signs or symptoms of illness, collaborating with the clinical team for appropriate treatment and disposition, monitoring patient progress, ensuring follow‑up, maintaining clinical documentation, and reporting to the Center Administrator.

• Contributes to and supports quality initiatives, planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual performance.
• Maintains an active nursing appointment schedule to assist the Provider in monitoring members’ health care needs.
• Assists the Care Manager and Provider in follow‑up management of post‑hospitalized or post‑emergency room visits.
• Screen patients comprehensively for care opportunities and collaborates with treating physician to develop appropriate care plans.
• Provides condition‑specific patient education and anticipatory guidance, and facilitates care coordination under the guidance of the Provider.
• Provides health teaching.
• Provides direct nursing care, comfort measures, and emotional support to patients.
• Performs selected IV therapy and administers prescribed treatment per Provider order.
• Maintains clinical documentation in the medical record, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and documenting interventions, responses, and outcomes.

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross), or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Florida RN license.
• English and Spanish bilingual.

• 2+ years of experience in Med‑Surg, ER, ICU, or acute care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).

Hourly pay ranges from $28.27 to $50.48, based on full‑time employment. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contribution.
