- Ensure the delivery of quality and safe health services to our residents.
- Implement and oversee the execution of care plans formulated by physicians.
- Monitor the clinical staff's administration of medication and care.
- Maintain and review resident charts and records, ensuring all necessary forms are complete and accurate.
- Prepare incident/accident reports for residents as needed, following company policies.
- Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Foster stimulating ADL (Activities of Daily Living) programs that empower and support individual preferences and capabilities.
- Create and maintain environments that promote feelings of safety and security, overall well‑being, and happiness in both personal and congregate areas of the community.
- Understand and ensure compliance with Universal Precautions, including infection control standards, hazardous waste policies, blood‑borne pathogens, and all safety rules.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
- Experience in a long‑term care community and/or geriatric nursing facility is required.
