• Assess, develop, implement, and lead educational activities designed to grow, maintain, and improve the professional competence of clinical team members.
• Create and oversee assigned clinical programs by completing needs assessments.
• Employ evidence-based practice in educational methodologies and clinical practice.
• Assist in clinical orientation of new team members, providing ongoing consultation on educational requirements and resources to direct care staff.
• Actively participate in the quality improvement process, acting as a positive agent of change and communication.
• Guide other disciplines in applying principles of evidence-based care to their educational needs.
• Provide virtual education and support to bedside RNs in critical care units throughout Bay Care.
• Perform appropriate RN functions and other duties when assigned, following the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Support the Surgical Services area at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital.

• Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN with 3 years of clinical experience OR bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field with 4 years of nursing education.
• Background in the operating room highly preferred.
