Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Shift 11-7 am

Duties

• Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Experience in Long Term Care.
• Proficiency in triage, tube feeding, medication administration, and laboratory procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
