We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and maintain the clinical and regulatory structure of our agency. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, while also providing exceptional patient outcomes.

• Review and manage POCs (485 and 486 Form)
• Oversight of HHA Care Plans
• Clinical follow-up and patient coordination
• Ensure clinical documentation meets current regulations
• Support agency readiness for audits and compliance reviews
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams

• Active Florida RN License
• Home Health Agency experience (required)
• Medicare and Medicaid experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations and compliance
• Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
