Grounds Crew Team Member

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew. As a crew member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, playability, and overall condition of the golf course. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors in a team-oriented environment, ensuring a top-quality experience for our golfers.

• Perform daily maintenance tasks such as mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Water turf and landscape areas as directed
• Operate small equipment such as mowers, trimmers, utility carts, and blowers
• Assist in course setup including tee markers, hole locations, and signage
• Help with special projects such as aerification, over seeding, sod work, and irrigation repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and facilities
• Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times

• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to operate or learn to operate small machinery and hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, cold, or wet weather conditions
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
