Rowland Pest Management in Casselberry, FL is looking to hire a full-time Wildlife Control Service Manager / Pest Control Manager to train our wildlife control agents and perform inspections for quality control. This position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000/year

As a Wildlife Control Service Manager / Pest Control Manager, you head the department and train our wildlife control agents, ensuring each technician performs top‑quality work.

You use your wildlife control agent experience to teach techs to think like the vermin, set traps, find entry points, and work efficiently.

Detail‑oriented, you inspect completed jobs, catch missed items, and deliver quality work. You enjoy rapport with team members and take satisfaction in their performance under your skilled management.

• Management experience
