Turnberry is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to support its retail real estate portfolio in Aventura, FL. You will focus on lease administration, rent rolls, and data integrity within Yardi, ensuring accurate billing, recoveries, and timely lease obligations.
The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with Accounting, Leasing, Legal, and Operations. Experience with Yardi is highly preferred.
