Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Front of the House Team Members (SERVER/CASHIER/BUSSER) to join our team.

We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
• Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
• Attention to detail to make sure the food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitational guidelines.
• Follow opening or closing store guidelines.
• Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts.
• Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provide support to other team members in their duties. Requires to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy.
• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.

We currently have openings for Full-Time in the afternoon shifts, weekends mandatory.

• Providing a competitive compensation base pay rate of $14 per hour, plus very generous tips from our #rosettalovers
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Accrual of 40 hours of paid time off upon completion of 1 year, you begin to accrue time on 1 week, can use accrued time upon completion of 180 days of employment with 2-week notice provided.
