Crew Member – Jersey Mike’s Subs, Point Pleasant, New Jersey
Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused crew members to join our fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
- Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere.
- Multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
- Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
- Understand the terms accountability and information.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: 1 year of quick‑service restaurant experience.
- Minimum age: 18 years old to operate the slicer.
- Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent menu and product knowledge coupled with an engaging personality.
- Thrives in a fast‑pace environment.
- Desire to improve personal and skill sets.
- Effective communication with guests; consistently friendly tone.
- Participation in all Jersey Mike’s training programs.
- Reliable schedule adherence and strong performance reliability.
