PM Delivery Driver​/Heart of House Team Member

Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday through Saturday | 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Availability

As a Delivery Driver / Heart of House Team Member
, you will be responsible for safely delivering orders while providing Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality. When you are not on a delivery, you will be an active member of our Heart of House team, helping prepare food, assemble orders, stock inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every guest receives the quality and accuracy they expect.

This is not an independent contractor position
. As a Chick-fil-A Hamlin Team Member, you are an important part of our team and will be expected to uphold our high standards of hospitality, professionalism, food safety, and personal appearance. Delivery drivers keep 100% of their tips and are eligible for both part-time and full-time opportunities.

No two shifts are exactly the same. Responsibilities may include:

• Safely and efficiently deliver guest orders while following all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Provide friendly, professional service during every delivery.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
• Protect food quality by ensuring proper packaging, presentation, and safe transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained personal vehicle.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately when required.
• Work as a Heart of House Team Member between deliveries by:
• Preparing Chick-fil-A menu items according to recipe and quality standards.
• Assembling and bagging guest orders accurately.
• Stocking products and maintaining inventory levels.
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Supporting teammates during peak meal periods.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Represent the Chick-fil-A brand by creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
  .
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Have reliable, clean, and insured personal transportation.
• Maintain a clean driving record for the previous two years.
• Be available to work Monday through Saturday between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM
  .
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of driving experience.
• One year of delivery driving experience.
• One year of restaurant, food service, or customer service experience.
