• Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth at every guest interaction, delivering excellent service in all circumstances.
• Execute job duties in the specific area of your shift (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

• Minimum age requirement: 16+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication skills in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and love making people smile
• Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic food‑safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law)
• Enjoy working with food (food service experience preferred but not required)
