What You’ll DoAs a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service team, ensuring tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. Your missionis to anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and help maintain THE ONE GROUP’shigh standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
- Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
- Runfood and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
- Pre-bustables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
- Clear,clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neatand organized
- Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
- Followall health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Abilityto multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs
- Mustbe able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift t20 lbs.
- Abilityto work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions
