Guest experience starts with the Host! Our Hosts greet and seat guests to start them off with a great first impression! Our Hosts are the ones who add to the energy of the shift and that extra helping of southern hospitality by making our guests feel welcome!

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greet and Seat guests that are dining in, assist with special accommodations, and distribute menus
• Ensuring all our guests are taken care of whether they’re dining in or ordering take-out

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

• Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use hands to handle items
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
