Banquets Server On Call

SUMMARY Serves meals to patrons for banquet and catering functions insuring guest satisfaction by performing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare function room for banquet function; set tables and place settings

Serve drink of choice to guests

Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving

Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed

Suggest desserts, beverages and after dinner drinks

Ladle soup, toss salads, portion pies and desserts, brew coffee and perform other services as needed

Clear and reset tables at conclusion of each course

Adhere to Trump International Beach Resort Standards Adhere to all Safety and Sanitation Standards May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Must be 18 years of age to serve liquor in the State of Florida.

Must be able to serve from a full tray

The employee must be occasionally lift and/or up to 25 pounds
