Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, disposing of waste as needed and cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for cooking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service to guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
