We are looking for a passionate leader with previous food/retail management experience to help us run the best store in the Häagen-Dazs community.

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

• Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures
• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu

Requirements:

As Assistant Manager, Some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develops and motivates a staff of employees capable of meeting the shop's objectives
• Provides necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions
• Maximizes bottom line by increasing sales and controlling costs
• Takes full responsibility for ensuring that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met
• Markets the shop effectively
• Sets an example for employees in all areas
• Accurately completes necessary administrative forms/reports

Candidate Must Meet the Following Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior customer service experience required
• Prior management experience required
• Availability to work on weekends
