Supports store management in achieving budgeted net sales, ensuring customer experience and brand positioning.

• Support management in achieving budgeted net sales for the store.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and embrace the brand positioning.
• Protect the assets of the store.
• Provide clear and concise communication with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, peers and store team.
• Maintain a strong store culture consistent with brand values, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere.
• Demonstrate organizational and operational competencies and participate in Division of Responsibilities.
• Drive daily sales productivity through Daily Juice Drive and KPI utilization fostering a team‑selling culture.
• Support store‑specific strategies for customer experience and store culture.
• Educate and reinforce the Lilly Pulitzer Resort Chic lifestyle at all customer touchpoints.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with customers.
• Embrace and implement the Lilly Pulitzer Selling Culture and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Inspire others positively with a win‑as‑a‑team mentality.
• Demonstrate agility, flexibility and clear communication.
  
  Train, develop and coach A+ talent, providing actionable feedback.
• Ensure consistency in utilization of company training tools.
• Maintain inventory management systems, comply with retail store and company policy, safeguard assets.

• Minimum two years of retail or relevant industry experience.
• Four‑year college degree preferred.
• Genuine optimistic approach to leadership.
• Passion for the Lilly Pulitzer Brand positioning.
• Ability to work a store schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position classified as hourly; non‑exempt and eligible for overtime. May require flexible additional hours during peak season. Overtime paid in accordance with company policy.
