Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for the Sawgrass Mills Outlet in Florida. This 15-month contract position focuses on ensuring every guest receives an exceptional in-store experience. The lead will provide product education, drive team performance, and oversee daily store operations as part of the leadership team.
Ideal candidates will have retail experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Compensation includes a base pay range of $21.50 - $24.74/hour along with additional benefits.
