• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including lifestyle, clients, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate a forward‑thinking approach to the customer experience through merchandising, display, and outfitting to create a compelling store environment.
• Maintain sales floor product integrity through daily merchandizing placement and standards to optimize customer experience.
• Bring Lilly Pulitzer’s operational and visual strategy to life in-store.
• Oversee and support the execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Lead floorsets and visual updates, submit photo uploads as required.
• Handle recovery, replenishment, and updates for sell‑through or non‑productive merchandise.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on product selling opportunities and successes.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and work cross‑functionally with corporate visual partners to support organizational goals.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit Lilly Pulitzer’s Core Values.
