Liquor Store Manager

Fresco y Mas -  - Responsibilities:
Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated and increases customer confidence and loyalty;
Trains department associates on inventory/stocking and computer assisted ordering;
Assists in managing schedules to ensure tasks are completed during peak hours and maintain high levels of customer service;
Monitors and controls supply expenses, cash control, sales and cash accounting items and records for the liquor store;
Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements including USDA, COOL, and DOA; facilitates recalls and safety training
